Preparation
- In a pan, add the olive oil, garlic and onion and sauté.
- Add the paprika, chopped tomatoes and peppers, half of the coriander, coconut milk and the same amount of water bottles.
- Stir until it boils.
- Add the crabs, salt, see if more water is needed and let cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Add the rest of the coriander.
PORRIDGE
- Remove the crab broth once ready: for every 500 ml of broth, add ½ cup (tea) of cassava flour, if you want it thicker, add more flour.
- Bring the broth to a boil in a pan and gradually add the flour, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. When it boils, leave it on the heat for 1 minute.
- Serve the crab with white rice and pirão.
