• 500g of fresh tuna steaks
  • 40g of lard
  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 0.5 ml. olive oil
  • 0.5 ml. white wine
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Half a green pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the tuna into steaks if they are not already cut, and season with salt and pepper, chopped garlic cloves and vinegar. Cut the onion into rings and cook in a pan with the fat, bay leaf, pepper cut into strips and tomato without skin or seeds. Sauté for a while, add the steaks and wine and fry on both sides. It can be served in a frying pan with chips or on a plate with vegetables and olives, and instead of chips you can serve boiled potatoes.
